Hub to Firetower - 1.4 miles
Begin at the Hub Trailhead. Take the Roaring Branch Trail up to the Firetower Trail. At 0.7 miles you will pass by Goat Hill Overlook. Goat Hill offers an incredible view of the surrounding mountains, a viewfinder noting prominent peaks and landmarks in the area and a restroom facility. Continue onto the Firetower Trail, and end at the Firetower.

There will be two complimentary classes and one semi-private specialty class each hour.
There’s no better room to inspire you to be your best. At the center of Hub, the Spin Lab provides a dynamic cycling experience with instructors ready to fuel and guide you to surpass what you think is possible. Be it a higher hill or faster flat, you’ll find reasons to dig deep in these 50 minutes that will fuel the rest of your day! So much of our soul goes into these classes, and we can’t wait to clip in beside you. Technogym bikes are equipped with SPD pedals or flat pedals with cages.
INTERVALS AND ARMS
Climb the mountains, speed through the flats, and we’ll even throw in an upper body series for a full-body workout.

A practice that treats the body as a whole, cultivates deep awareness and enables more efficient movements, it’s not hard to see why we want a space committed to such a comprehensive form. Activating deep core and postural muscles is part of every practice, and yet because of the lack of impact and highly specific instruction, reformer pilates is approachable at every level, whether cross training from sports or rehabbing injury.
