Camp Blackberry Sessions

Each day, Camp features a dynamic itinerary that includes culinary activities, outdoor adventure, art, wellness and mountain exploration. Camp Blackberry is available year-round. At times, your children may have the session all to themselves, and other times they may be participating with other campers. Camp Blackberry welcomes all campers ages four and older. Advanced booking is required as Camp Blackberry session space is limited. Contact your concierge for availability.

Camp Blackberry sessions are available with a supplemental fee.

MORNING SESSION

9:00am - 1:00pm. Breakfast available upon request, and Lunch is included.

AFTERNOON SESSION

1:00pm - 5:00pm.

EVENING SESSION

5:30pm - 9:30pm. Dinner is included.

WHAT TO BRING

Parents should send a day pack with their campers that includes a comfortable change of clothes, swimming gear, closed toe shoes, water shoes and a water bottle to Camp sessions.

REGISTRATION

Children are required to preregister for Camp Blackberry. Reservations are based on availability of our counselors. We do enforce a five to one ratio for children to counselors. To obtain more information or to sign up, please reach out to the Concierge team.

DINING

Children of any age are welcome throughout the year at Blackberry Mountain. Families with children over the age of 10 are welcome to dine at Three Sisters and Firetower during normal dinner hours. Family dining times for families with children under age 10 are between 5:30 and 6:30pm at Three Sisters and Firetower.

BABYSITTING SERVICES

Babysitting services are available upon request. There is a 2-hour minimum for each babysitting request, though we do suggest booking a minimum of 3 hours for dinner coverage. We offer care for children as young as six weeks. Blackberry babysitters are booked at a two-to-one ratio, however children 2 years old and below require a one-to-one ratio. Our babysitters are limited, so advanced booking is required and subject to availability.

POLICIES

Blackberry Mountain is a year-round, family friendly property and children of all ages are welcome! Charges for an additional person or children sharing the same room as their parents/adults are complimentary for children three years and below, while children ages four years and above will incur an additional nightly charge per person. The traditional room rate includes breakfast, lunch and dinner in our restaurants or at Camp Blackberry during our normal dining hours. This also includes in-room pantry snacks and beverages.
