Each Recovery Lab experience begins with an opportunity to calm the nervous system via infrared or sonic resonance. The guided sessions aim to inspire awe in the capacity of the human body through education, following the body’s natural curiosity and sharing our favorite take-home tools.

WEIGHTLESS COMPRESSION

Lie back in the Gravity Balans chair and experience our favorite recovery treatment to improve circulation after long travel! With your feet above your heart, the intermittent compression mobilizes lymphatic fluid to speed muscle recovery.

PRE OR POST PERCUSSION

Recover after a HIIT class or warm up for a trail run with a guided Theragun session. By increasing blood flow and muscle temperature, percussion tools are an efficient option for recovery or warm up. Take home a Theragun Mini with your session.

ASSISTED STRETCHING

There is a reason why top athletes put themselves in a trainer’s hands for stretching. Whether your hope is increasing range of motion and performance or simple stress relief, you will walk out of the Recovery Lab much lighter than you entered.

CUPPING FOR RECOVERY

Work one-on-one with a trainer to discover the unique benefits of myofascial decompression via cupping, and create a recovery routine customized to your own body. Therabody’s signature cupping tool, TheraCup, combines 3 different healing modalities (suction, heat and vibration) to create a fully restorative experience for even the most sore and tense bodies. Benefits range from near-immediate pain relief to increased mobility over time. You’ll leave with your own TheraCup so you can continue optimizing your routine at home.

PERSONAL TRAINING & CUSTOMIZED RECOVERY

Whether your goal is emphasis on form and peak performance or increased mobility and reduced stress, experience the best of both worlds with a 45-minute personal training session followed by 45 minutes in our Recovery Lab. One of our elite wellness coaches will work with you to tailor your session so you can reach your goals while you are here and provide you with helpful tips on how to carry out your program at home.

FASCIAL SCRAPING AND FLOSSING

Fascial tissue is a living, functional wonder in our bodies. Discover the role it plays and explore various movements and tools to mechanically encourage blood flow and break up adhesions. Great for runners and endurance athletes! Take home a Sidekick tool to continue your treatment.

ROLL AND RELEASE

RAD recovery tools might be our trainers’ favorite recovery modality for increasing mobility and flexibility! Let us show you why in this personalized Self Myofascial Release session. Take a RAD tool home with you to continue your program.

Curious about red light therapy? Try out the LightStim LED Bed. It uses red light therapy for a non-invasive, soothing and gentle treatment that sets in motion the body’s inherent pain-relieving process.
